This is the phase one manual that addresses the standards a mentor requires to master and work towards their achievement when at school. This Manual focuses on skills and practices mentors should know before their placement and appointment.  It does not apply to teachers only but also to other educators/ other teacher trainers.

Any leader or person needs to plan for his/her activities in life but not waking up early morning and start do things without any direction. This material will be used by the teachers and their leaders to help them on how they can do a long-term planning for their work, for schools it can be for the whole school term or year. This will be used by P.1-S.3 teachers.

This resource is to for helping the users on how they can run effective meetings, development of an efficient school system and even people to know the roles of the secretary. This resource will be very useful to school mentors during their sessions with other teachers, school administrators like the head teachers and deputy heads, the SEOs, DEOs, etc.
